Project Maintenance Screen—Overview
Like the Project tab on the Contract Maintenance screen, the Project Maintenance screen lets you add projects to a contract. The advantage of the Project Maintenance screen is that it displays all the fields for a single project, and you do not have to scroll to view all the information for a project.
The Project Maintenance screen also includes additional tabs that contain information not provided on the Contract Maintenance screen. For information about a specific tab, select an option below:
- Project Tab
- Taxes Tab
- Totals Tab
- Employee Tab
- Miscellaneous Tab
- Overhead Tab
- Equipment Tab
- Subcontractor Tab
- Material Tab
- Activity Tab
- Optional Fields Tab
To display the Project Maintenance screen, do one of the following:
- Select a project on the Project tab of the Contract Maintenance screen, then click the Detail button.
- Click the project on the tree. (If you have not yet added a project, right-click the contract on the tree, then click New Project.)
