Project Maintenance—Totals Tab
The Totals tab shows:
- Summary totals for the project, including original estimates, current estimates, and actual amounts (from posted transactions).
- The total recognized revenue for the project and the matching total cost.
- Committed costs (purchase orders) posted for the project in Sage 300 Purchase Orders.
- The project percentage complete for projects that use the total cost percentage complete or project percentage complete accounting method.
- The fixed price amount for fixed price projects. While the project has an Estimate status, you can enter a fixed price amount. Once you open the project for transactions, the fixed price amount you enter on the tab becomes the current revenue estimate for the project. (The original revenue estimate that the program calculated for the project remains unchanged when you open the project.)
- The original and current rate type, rate date, and exchange rate, if the customer currency is different from your functional currency.
