Project Maintenance—Activity Tab
This tab provides a "snapshot" of the selected project, including the:
- Expected billings (for time and materials projects and fixed price projects that use an item invoice type) or current billings (for cost plus and fixed price projects).
- Total received.
- Total payments made for this project.
- Dates of the last receipt, payment, billing, cost, revised estimate, purchase order, PO receipt, and PO return.
- The dates, and percentages used, when you last billed and last recognized revenue.
