About Employee Timecards
This window is used by the following users:
- Employees who use the program only to enter their own timecards. Each of these employees must be set up with access to employee timecards.
- Managers who are set up to approve employee timecards and transfer them to the detailed payroll timecards for processing.
- Payroll users who are set up to have access to all timecard functions.
After timecard users have been set up:
- Individual users can enter their timecards.
- Other timecard users can open the employee timecards to edit them and also:
- Approve employee timecards.
- Transfer employee timecards to detailed payroll timecards.
