P/O Purchase History Screen
In multicurrency ledgers, use this option to specify the currency in which to display purchase history amounts.
Select Functional Currency or Vendor Currency by clicking your choice
on the Currency list, by using the Up or Down arrow keys on your keyboard,
or by typing
If the credit note is for a return, this column displays the difference between the amount posted with the return and the amount on the credit note.
A positive number indicates a decrease between the return and the credit note, while a negative number shows an increase in the credited amount.
If the credit or debit note references an invoice (or stands alone), this column displays the amount of the credit note or debit note.
A credit is a negative number.
This column displays the total amount (excluding taxes and additional costs) of credit notes posted for the vendor or item in the corresponding year and period.
In multicurrency ledgers, these figures are shown in either the functional currency or the vendor's currency. You choose the currency in which to display amounts.

When you are displaying purchase history for a vendor number, these fields display the years (fiscal or calendar) and periods in which you purchased items from the vendor. (Information is displayed by the type of year and period you specify in the P/O Options screen for the Accumulate Purchase History option.)
When you are displaying purchase history for an item number, these fields display the years and periods in which you purchased the item.
Overview
Use the P/O Purchase History screen to:
- Review purchasing data that is kept by Purchase Orders if you use the Keep Purchase History option.
- See details of a selected transaction by clicking the Details button.
The screen displays all purchases and returns of items for the fiscal or calendar years and periods for which you keep history.
Tip: You can also check purchase history for an item or a vendor while entering a transaction by selecting a detail, and then clicking the History button on the transaction entry screen.
