About Contacts

The Multiple Contacts (M/T) program allows you to create and manage contacts independent of specific customers or vendors. In the M/T screens, you create contact records, which you can then assign to A/R customers (including national accounts) and A/P vendors. There is no limit to the number of contacts that you can assign to a single customer or vendor. Also, you can assign a contact to both customers and vendors.

Once you have assigned contacts to a customer or vendor, you can specify which types of document to send to each contact for that particular customer or vendor.

Documents are sent to contacts by email. For this to work, email settings must be correct. For more information, see Setting Up Email.
