Creating Contacts

To set up multiple contacts for a single customer (including national accounts) or vendor, you create the contacts in the M/T Contacts screen and then assign them to the customer or vendor.

Tip: If you use Sage CRM integrated with Sage 300, you can export Person records from Sage CRM to automatically create contacts in Sage 300. For more information, see the Sage CRM Integration Guide.

To create a contact:

  1. Open Common Services > Multiple Contacts > Contacts.
  2. In the Contact Code field, enter a unique code for the contact.
  3. Enter other information for the contact.
  4. Click Save.
