Deleting Tax Classes

If you no longer need a specific tax class, you can delete the record for that tax class.

To delete a tax class:

1. Open  Tax Services > Tax Setup > Tax Classes.
2. In the Tax Authority field, specify the authority that contains the tax class.
3. One the detail table, select the line to delete.
4. Click the Delete Line button.

The tax class is deleted, along with all tax rates for this class for this authority.
