Assigning Users to Security Groups
You grant security authorizations to users by assigning them to security groups.
Before you start
- Add users. For more information, see Adding, Editing, or Deleting Users.
- Add security groups. For more information, see Adding, Editing, or Deleting Security Groups.
To assign a user to a security group:
- Administrative Services > Users and Security > User Authorizations.
- In the User ID field, specify a user's ID.
- On the table, for each application to which the user will have access, specify a security group by entering the ID for the security group in the Group ID field.
- Click Save.
