About Security Groups

Administrative Services Security Authorizations

User Authorizations Screen

Open  Administrative Services > Users and Security > Security Groups.

Specify the application for which you want to create a security group.

Enter a name for the security group, using up to 60 characters.

Specify the code of an existing security group, or enter a new group ID of up to 8 characters.

Select or clear items to give or revoke security access.

Overview

You use security groups to specify tasks that users can perform.

Use the Security Groups screen to add new security groups, to change information for existing security groups, or to delete security groups you no longer need.
