About the Earnings And Deductions Employee Tab

You can use this tab to set up minimum, maximum, and taxability information pertaining to calculation of certain earnings and deductions. You also indicate the applicable W-2 box for reporting the earning/deduction.

If you are setting up an accrual, a different set of fields display on the Employee tab for accruals.
