Changing or Deleting an Earning/Deduction

1. Open Payroll Setup > Earnings And Deductions.
2. In the Earning/Deduction field, type the earning/deduction code. You can also use the field's navigation buttons or the Finder to choose an earning/deduction.
3. To delete the earning/deduction, click Delete.
4. To modify the earning/deduction, edit the fields that can be changed, and click Save.

After Changing or Deleting

To verify the entry changes you can print the Earnings and Deductions report:

• On the File menu of the Earnings And Deductions window, click Print.
• From Payroll Setup Reports, choose Earnings And Deductions.
