Setting Up Payroll for EI
To configure your Sage 300 Payroll system for EI processing:
- Set up the EI tax. (For more information, see Income Taxes.)
- For each earning subject to EI tax, assign the EI tax to that earning. (For more information, see Using Earnings And Deductions.)
- Assign the EI tax to employees. (For more information, see Assign Earn/Ded to Employees to Employees.)
