About Assign Earn/Ded to Employees
Use the Assign Earn/Ded to Employees window to assign an earning or deduction automatically to all or a range of employees. This saves time by allowing you to make many changes at once without having to manually assign the earning or deduction to each individual employee’s Pay tab in the Payroll Employees window.
This feature adds an earning or deduction to the Pay tab of the Payroll Employees window. It does not replace earnings or deductions that are already assigned to employees. It also does not alter the default values of the earning or deduction codes as they currently exist on the Earnings And Deductions window.
After using Assign Earn/Ded to Employees, you are notified of the number of employees who were successfully assigned.
