Looking Up Sales History for Items or Customers
If you keep sales history in Order Entry, you can view sales history and drill down to transactions for the fiscal years and periods for which you have kept history.
You can use the O/E Sales History screen to display all items ordered by a customer, or to display all customers who ordered an item. The screen displays all sales and returns of items for the fiscal years and periods for which you keep history.
To look up sales history for an item or a customer:
- Order Entry > O/E Statistics and Inquiries > Sales History.
- Specify a range of years and periods for which to view sales history.
- Specify a customer or item for which you want to view sales history. More...
- If you use multicurrency accounting, specify whether to display amounts in your functional currency or in the customer's currency.
- Click the Go
button to view results.
If you are viewing sales history for a customer, the program lists all the items used on invoices or returns for the customer for the selected range of years and periods.
If you are viewing sales history for an item, the program lists all the customers to which you sold the item for the selected range of yearsand periods.
- To view additional information about the selected customer or item, click the Details button to open the O/E Sales History Detail screen. For more information, see O/E Sales History Detail Screen
- To print a report, click File > Print.
