Overview
Use the M/T Optional Fields screen to assign optional fields to contacts. Optional fields enable you to customize the information that you store for contacts. There is no limit to the number of optional fields you can assign.
Before you can assign optional fields to contacts, you must create them on the Optional Fields screen in Common Services. For more information, see Creating Optional Fields.
Optional fields that you assign to contacts appear in the Optional Fields tab on the M/T Contacts screen.
Note: After making changes to program options (on Options screens) or optional fields (on Optional Fields screens), you and all other users must sign out and sign in again to apply the changes.
