Administrative Services Security Authorizations
Administration security authorizations are categorized as follows:
- Administrative Services security authorizations cover data maintenance, currency options, and maintenance authorization for user groups and security features.
- Common Services security authorizations cover maintaining company information, the fiscal calendar, and optional fields.
If security is turned on for your Sage 300 system, the system administrator must assign users security authorization for Administrative Services screens.
The system administrator may grant a security group access to the following Administrative Services tasks:

Export Currency Information | Allows users to export currency data (only when they are also allowed to maintain currency information). |

Access All Finder Fields | Allows users to view all fields in all Sage 300 Finders. |
Maintain Users | Allows the users in the security group with this security access to view, add, modify or delete users. |
Security Groups and User Authorizations | Allows users to view, add, modify, or delete security groups and/or users from those groups. |
