O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Screen

Open Order Entry > O/E Statistics and Inquiries >  Pending Shipments Inquiry.

Click Clear to restore the default filter criteria for this screen.

Click Close to close the screen.

Click Details to open the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details screen, which displays details for the selected order. For more information, see O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details Screen .

Click the Go Go button button to view documents that match the criteria you specified.

Specify a range of customer numbers, or accept the default entries if you wish to view orders for all customers.

Specify a range of expected shipment dates, or accept the default entries if you wish to view all orders regardless of their expected shipment dates.

Specify a range of item numbers, or accept the default entries if you wish to view orders for all items.

Specify a range of inventory locations, or accept the default entries if you wish to view all locations.

Select the type of orders you want to view. You can select all, active, future, or standing.

The table displays information about for orders with pending shipments, such as order number, description, expected ship date, and location.

To view details for an order, select the detail line for the order, and then click the Details button to open the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details screen. For more information, see O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details Screen .

Overview

Use the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry screen to review orders that you expect to ship, and to determine whether sufficient stock is available for the shipments.

You can select pending shipments you want to view by expected ship date, customer number, item number, and/or location. You can also specify whether inquiry results include all order types or a specific order type.

Note: Results for the inquiry do not include orders that are on hold.

Viewing Order Details

To view details for an order, select the detail line for the order, and then click the Details button to open the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details screen. For more information, see O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details Screen .

Viewing Purchase Order Details

On the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details screen, "Yes" appears in the On PO field for items on purchase order. If an item is on purchase order, you can double-click the detail line or click theDrilldown Drilldown button button in the On PO column header to open the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry P/O Details screen and view purchase orders for the item.
