O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry P/O Details Screen

  1. Open Order Entry > O/E Statistics and Inquiries >  Pending Shipments Inquiry.
  2. Specify a range of orders to view, and then click the Go Go button button.
  3. Select a detail line, and then click the Details button.
  4. If an item is on purchase order, you can double-click the detail line or click the Drilldown Drilldown button button in the On PO column header to open this screen and view purchase orders for the item.

This field displays the item number and and description for the item with the purchase order.

The table displays information about purchase orders for an item, such as quantity ordered, expected arrival date, and vendor information.
