O/E Shipping Labels Screen
Select this option if you want to reprint previously printed labels.
Select this option if you want to print labels only for orders, shipments, or invoices that have been marked as requiring labels. (You select the Require Shipping Labels option when printing order confirmations, picking slips, and invoices.)
Specify whether to print labels for a range of order numbers, shipment numbers, or invoice numbers.
Select a format for printing the shipping label. Order Entry comes with two label formats that you may be able to use:
- OELABEL.RPT. 1½" x 4" sheet labels for a laser printer (14 labels on a page).
- OELABELD.RPT. 1½" x 3¾" tractor feed labels.
Note: You test these formats before you use them.
Overview
Use the O/E Shipping Labels screen to print shipping labels that you can attach to shipments you send from the warehouse or shipping department.
Tip: Print labels when assembling orders for shipping.
Shipping Label Templates
Order Entry includes two shipping label templates that you may be able to use:
- OELABEL.RPT. 1½" x 4" sheet labels for a laser printer (14 labels on a page).
- OELABELD.RPT. 1½" x 3¾" tractor feed labels.
You can change the shipping labels to suit your needs or create your own labels using the Crystal Reports designer. You should set up and test these forms before you begin entering transactions.
Shipping Label Printing Options
You can print labels:
- For all orders, shipments, or invoices
- For a range of transactions
- Only for transactions for which you have not already printed a label
- Only for transactions you marked as requiring shipping labels when you printed order confirmations, picking slips, and invoices
The number of labels printed for each order, shipment, or invoice is the number specified for the document on the Totals tab of the O/E Order Entry, Shipment Entry, or Invoice Entry screen.
If you want to review information before printing, or to print a test copy and verify that information is aligned correctly on a preprinted form, click Align.
Clicking Align does not set document status to "Printed." To set document status to "Printed," you must click Print.
