A/R Receipt Entry Screen

A/R Detail Tax Withheld Screen

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Transactions > Receipt Entry.
  2. Use the Batch Number field to create a new batch or select an existing batch.
  3. Enter a receipt, as usual. In the Transaction Type field, select Receipt or Apply Document.
  4. In the detail table, apply the receipt to an invoice.
  5. Click the Tax Withheld button.

Overview

When applying a receipt to invoices for which tax must be withheld, use the A/R Tax Withheld screen to view the total tax withheld for the invoices. You cannot change the information displayed on this screen.
