Click Clear to restore the default filter criteria for this screen.
After specifying inquiry criteria and viewing results, you can select a row, and then click the Details button to open the I/C Stock Transactions Inquiry Detail screen and view a list of transactions that include an item, such as Purchase Orders receipts, or Order Entry shipments and invoices.
On this screen, you can select a row, and then click (the Edit button) to view the transaction in a transaction entry screen.
Click the Refresh button to view documents that match the criteria you specified.
Click Print to print the I/C Stock Transactions report. For more information, see Printing the I/C Stock Transactions Report.
Specify a range of account sets to include in the inquiry.
Specify a year and period for which to view transaction information.
Note: The opening and closing costs that appear in the table are calculated from the start of the year up to the period you specify.
Specify a range of item numbers to include in the inquiry.
Note: The Quantity and Average Cost columns appear in the table only if you specify a single item (by specifying the same item number in the From and To fields).
Specify a range of locations to include in the inquiry.
The table displays opening and closing costs as at the year and period you selected (calculated from the start of the year up to the period you specify). It also displays information about transactions for the period, such as receipts, returns, sales, adjustments, transfers, assemblies, and internal usage transactions.
Note: The Total Cost column appears for all inquiries. The Quantity and Average Cost columns appear in the table only if you specify a single item (by specifying the same item number in the From and To fields).
This field displays the average cost of items for the selected row (that is, opening costs, closing costs, or costs for the selected transaction type). It is calculated by dividing total cost by quantity.

This field displays costs at period close, calculated from the end of the year.
This field displays costs at period open, calculated from the start of the year.
This field displays the quantity of items for the selected row (that is, at period open or period close, or for the selected transaction type).

This field displays the total cost of items for the selected row (that is, opening costs, closing costs, or costs for the selected transaction type).
Use the I/C Stock Transactions Inquiry screen to view opening and closing costs for a fiscal period, and to view transactions that result in movement of inventory items.
You perform this inquiry for a specific fiscal period, and can specify a range of item numbers, account sets, and locations to include in inquiry results.
