Looking Up Current Order Entry and Purchase Orders Transactions

Use the I/C Current Transactions Inquiry screen to look up the following information for an item:

• Current sales orders originating in Order Entry.
• Purchase orders originating in Purchase Orders.

To look up Order Entry and Purchase Orders transactions:

1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Statistics and Inquiries > Current Transactions Inquiry.
2. Specify an item number.

3. Specify whether to inquire about purchase orders or sales orders.

4. Specify a range of orders, as follows:
   • For sales orders, specify a range of expected shipping dates.
   • For purchase orders, specify a range of expected arrival dates.

5. Click Refresh to view orders that match the criteria you specified.

   The following information appears in the table:

   Sales order information

   • Order number
   • Customer number
   • Customer name
   • Expected ship date
   • Location
   • Original quantity ordered
   • Unit of measure
   • Quantity shipped
   • Quantity outstanding
   Purchase order information

   • Purchase order number
   • Vendor number
   • Vendor name
   • Expected arrival date
   • Location
   • Quantity ordered
   • Unit of measure
   • Quantity received
   • Quantity outstanding
6. To see more information about a transaction, select a row in the table, and then click the Detail button to view the transaction in a transaction entry screen.
