About Security Groups

Administrative Services Security Authorizations

Open Administrative Services > Users and Security > User Authorizations.

This field displays each application in your system.

Use this field to specify the security group to assign to an application.

A description of the selected security group appears in the Group Description field.

Specify the unique ID of the user you are adding to security groups.

The user's full name appears in the User Name field.

You use security groups to specify tasks that users can perform.

Use the User Authorizations screen to assign users to security groups, or to remove users from security groups.
