Assigning Users to Security Groups

You grant security authorizations to users by assigning them to security groups.

To assign a user to a security group:

  1. Open Administrative Services > Users and Security > User Authorizations.
  2. In the User ID field, specify a user's ID.
  3. On the table, for each application to which the user will have access, specify a security group by entering the ID for the security group in the Group ID field.
  4. Click Save.
