About Customization Directories
If you change a sample report to suit the requirements of your own business, it can be saved so that is always available. You save it in a customization directory, within the Sage 300 program folders (directories).
If your version of Sage 300 supports customization directories, you can:
- Specify where your users' customization directories are to be located.
- Delete customization directories you no longer need.
注释:Only the system administrator can specify customization directories for users.
When a user prints a report, the system checks if there is a customization directory that uses:
- The user ID and company name for the current session.
- The company name for the current session and any ( * ) user.
- The user ID and any ( * ) company.
- Any (*) user and any (*) company.
If the report is located in a customization directory, it is printed. Otherwise, the standard report, located in the default location for Sage 300, is printed.
