Download the Sage HR Integration installer: HQ81APU1.exe:

Before you begin:

Important: If you are upgrading a Sage 300 company that already contains Sage HR Integration data, you must run the HQActivationAssessment.avb macro (included in the installation package), before launching the Sage HR Integration installer. If the macro identifies employees requiring attention, do not continue with the installation. Instead, contact Sage 300 Customer Support for guidance.

To install:

  1. Open the HQ81APU1.exe.
    2. Note: Sage HR Integration 8.1 requires Sage 300 v2026 and Payroll Tax update “E”. The installation will only proceed when Sage 300 v2026 is the current version installed.
  2. If no error appears, click Next.
  3. Accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Install to begin installation process
  6. Once the installation process is successfully completed, click Finish.
Note: If a previous version of Sage HR Integration is active on the company data, a message will appear requiring you to run Data Activation for Sage HR Integration 8.1.
