PJC Overhead Expenses Report Screen

Overview

The Overhead Expenses report lists overhead expense records that exist in your Project and Job Costing system. (It is not a listing of overhead charged to projects.)

When to Print

Print the report as a reference when you are setting up new contracts or entering overhead transactions, or to help you determine if you need to add or delete overhead expense records.

Information Printed on This Report

For each overhead expense record, the report shows the following:

  • Overhead expense code and description
  • A/R item number
  • Unit of measure
  • The date the overhead expense record was last updated (or if the overhead expense is inactive, the date that it was set inactive)
