PJC Optional Fields Report Screen
Overview
The Optional Fields report lists optional fields that are set up for Project and Job Costing, organized by optional field type.
When to Print
Print the report when you add, delete, or change optional field records.
Information Printed on This Report
For each optional field, the report shows the following:
- Optional field code and description
- Default value
- Whether the optional field is automatically inserted in the records or transactions for which it is defined
- Settings (specifying whether optional field data is passed to other Sage 300 programs, and the types of General Ledger accounts to which optional fields can be passed)
- The number of optional field records set up for each type of optional field
