PJC Charges Report Screen

Overview

The Charges report lists charge records that are set up for use with:

  • Time and materials projects
  • Fixed price projects that use the billings and costs or accrual-basis accounting methods

When to Print

Print the report as a reference when you are setting up new contracts or entering charge transactions, or to help you determine if you need to add or delete charge records.

Information Printed on This Report

For each charge record, the report shows the following:

  • Charge code and description
  • Charge type
  • Billing amount
  • A/R item number
  • Unit of measure
  • If the charge is inactive, the date on which it was set Inactive
