Changing the Status of a Contract
Overview
Before you start
To change the status of a contract:
- Open Project and Job Costing > PJC Transactions > Contract Maintenance.
Click here for help on the fields on the Contract Maintenance screen.
- In the Contract field, type the contract number or use the navigation buttons or the Finder to display the contract whose status you want to change.
- In the Contract Status field, select the status to assign to this contract.
The program displays a message asking whether you also want to change the statuses of the projects in the contract.
- To change the status of all the projects at once, in the Change Project Status To field, select the status to assign to all the projects, and then click Change.
- If you prefer to leave the project statuses as they are, so that you can change them individually, later, click Don't Change.
- Click Save.
