Changing Company Information for Payroll

To change the company name and address, or to change the contact name, telephone number, and fax number at the company level, use the Company Profile window in the Common Services folder.

To change contact information for payroll administration, follow the steps below.

Before you start

Print the Payroll Options report from Payroll Setup Reports so you have a record of your options before you change them.

Changing Contact, Phone, Fax, and Tax ID

  1. From the left navigation pane, choose Setup >Payroll > Payroll Setup > OptionsPayroll> Payroll Setup > Options.
  2. On the Company tab, edit the fields.
  3. To save your changes, click Save. To close the window without saving, click Close.

Changing Company Name, Address, and Phone for the Employer

  1. From the left navigation pane, choose Setup > System > Modify Employer.
  2. Make the changes to the company address as needed.
  3. To save your changes and close the window, click OK.

After changing

Verify that the options you have selected and the information you have entered are correct.

To print a report showing your choices:

  • From Reports > Payroll > Setup ReportsPayroll > Payroll Setup Reports, choose the Options report.
