Using the EFT Combine History Report

The EFT Combine History report lists the EFT combine files created. This report is available only if you use Sage 300 EFT Direct Payroll for direct deposit of paychecks.

Information on the report

Detail format

  • Bank ID and Bank format
  • Combine name/company
  • Combine number
  • Sequence number
  • Date
  • Combine location, description
  • File name
  • Run / rerun sequence
  • Amount 

Summary format

  • Bank ID and bank format
  • File name, extension, description, date, location
  • File number, Sequence number
  • Amount

To print the report

  1. From Payroll Setup Reports, select EFT Combine.
  2. Click Print.
