Information on the report
This report summarizes the data of the last Quarterly Wage on Disk run. Depending on the state, the information printed on the report varies. Fields include: the number of employee (and employer) records, state total gross wages, and so on.

To print the report
After you complete the Quarterly Wage on Disk process, a dialog box gives you the option of printing the Quarterly Wage on Disk Status report. Click and then to print the report, or click . Otherwise, follow these instructions:
- From Payroll Government Reports, choose Quarterly Wage on Disk Status.
- Click Print.
- When finished, click .
