Enter the number of units you counted for the item. Press F9 to display a screen with all of the units of measure defined for the item (so you can enter the number of crates, boxes, etc.).
If you selected Default Quantity On Hand when you generated the physical inventory worksheet, the Quantity Counted column will list the quantity calculated by Inventory Control.
If you did not select Default Quantity On Hand when you generated the physical inventory worksheet, the Quantity Counted column will show zero quantities until you enter a count.
Enter the first item number to use or select it from the Finder.
Displays the stocking unit of measure for each item.
Overview
Use the I/C Inventory Counts screen to enter inventory counts after taking inventory. This screen is a simpler version of the I/C Physical Inventory Quantities screen.
Tip: Use the I/C Physical Inventory Quantities screen if you want to compare calculated quantities to actual counts, or to enter adjustment unit costs or change the posting status for individual items.
If you use Serialized Inventory and Lot Tracking, you can assign serial and/or lot numbers in the Inventory Counts screen.
The inventory counts entered in the I/C Inventory Counts screen update the current physical inventory worksheet.
