Look Up Asset Details
Sage Fixed Assets Integration lets you look up fixed assets details that you have entered for Sage Fixed Assets. You can view asset details until you clear them.
To look up asset details for posted transactions

From the Sage Fixed Assets Integration folder, choose Asset Inquiry.
If you want to restrict the display using selection criteria, fill in the selection fields at the top of the Asset Inquiry form.

Click Go.
The program displays asset details that meet the specified criteria.

Edit or delete asset details, as you require.

To print a listing of assets recorded in Sage 300 that have not been cleared from your Sage 300 database, click Print. The listing prints to your usual print destination.

Click Close when you have finished reviewing asset details.
