Picture File

The Picture File choices in the Setup form identify the file name and file extension (picture format) for inventory item pictures.

Ops Inquiry provides three options for the names and picture formats of item pictures

• Use Itemcode.bmp.

  The picture has a BMP file extension and has the same name as the inventory item code — for example A11030.bmp.

• Use Itemcode.jpg.

  The picture has a JPG file extension and has the same name as the inventory item code — for example A11030.jpg.

• Use Field <Additional Info field info 1, 2, 3, or 4>

  The picture name and format for each inventory item is stored in the IC Item Additional Information field (in Inventory Control) that you specify here.

  If the picture file name is not stored in one of these fields, the program will use the item code name to search for a .bmp or .jpg file at the location determined by the Picture Path.
