Sales Orders Tab (S/Os)

The Sales Orders tab shows open sales orders (a sales order with a non-zero quantity on order).

The tab shows Order Number, Customer Number, Customer Name, Order Date, Quantity Ordered, Quantity Shipped, Order UOM (Unit of Measure), Unit Price, Expected Ship Date, Location, Reference, Currency Code, On Hold and Type fields. This tab also displays Territory and Salesperson 1.

This tab is only available when Order Entry is installed.

The Item Inquiry adds a new index to the O/E orders file in order to display Sales Orders on this tab. The program may display a message the first time you open Item Inquiry, asking you to confirm that you want to an index. If you choose No, the message will appear again the next time you open Item Inquiry.
