Printing the G/L Options Report

The G/L Options report lists the options selected and information entered on the G/L Options screen, including the following:

  • Account number segments defined for your ledger, and the descriptions associated with those segments.
  • Which (if any) budget sets are locked.
  • Posting preferences.

Select printing destinations and, if necessary, turn on and connect the printer.

To print the Options report:

  1. Open General Ledger > G/L Reports >  Options.

    Tip: You can also open the Options Report screen by clicking File > Print on the G/L Options screen.

  2. Click Print.
