A/R Credit Card Bank Screen

  1. Open Accounts Receivable > A/R Transactions > Refund Entry.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select a detail line, and then click the CC Bank column heading.
    • Double-click the CC Bank column for a detail line.

Overview

This screen lets you enter the bank code and (in a multicurrency system) the currency, rate type, and rate date for a detail you are refunding by credit card.

You may need to enter a different exchange rate for each detail you are refunding by credit card. (Credit card details can be processed on different days, unlike cash or check refunds, which are processed on a single day.)
