O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Screen

  1. Open Order Entry > O/E Statistics and Inquiries >  Pending Shipments Inquiry.
  2. Specify a range of orders to view, and then click the Apply button.
  3. Select a detail line, and then click the Details button.

This field displays the specified customer number.

The customer name associated with the order displays in the Customer Name field.

This field displays the specified order number associated with the order.

The description associated with the specified order number displays in the Order Description field, if available.

The table displays information about order details, such as location; expected ship date; and quantities ordered, committed, and available.

If an item is on purchase order, you can click the Edit icon Image of Edit button. in the On PO column to open the O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry P/O Details screen and view purchase orders for the item. For more information, see O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry P/O Details Screen.

Overview

The O/E Pending Shipments Inquiry Details screen displays information about order details, such as location, expected ship date, and quantities ordered, committed, and available.
