Show Settings
Select this option to print the settings for each optional field on the report. The settings specify the accounts to which optional fields will be passed and whether optional fields will be passed to Project and Job Costing.
Overview
Print the Optional Fields report to review information about the optional fields that are set up in Order Entry.
Information Printed on This Report
For each optional field, the report lists:
- Field code and description
- Default value for the field
- Whether or not the field is automatically inserted in records
