O/E Transaction List Report Screen
Select optional information you want to include in the report (Document Information / Details, Addresses, Tax Reporting Information, Salespersons, prepayments, and Optional Fields).
Note: The options are available only for detail reports, and they vary according to the type of transaction you select in the Print field.
Specify the primary sort order for the report in the Sort By field, and then, depending on your selection, specify the range of transaction numbers or customer numbers to include on the report.
When you select a primary sort order, Order Entry supplies the secondary sort order in the Then By field. Specify a range of transaction numbers or customer numbers for the secondary range.
Overview
Print the O/E Transaction List report when you need a list of orders, shipments, invoices, or credit/debit notes. You print a separate report for each type of transaction, and you can print a detail or summary version of the report.
The report includes current transactions and, if you keep transaction history, past transactions.
If you do not keep transaction history, Order Entry deletes transaction information when you run Day End Processing in Inventory Control. Day End Processing deletes order information when orders are completed, and deletes invoice and credit note information after you have printed invoices and credit notes.
For more information about the Keep Transaction History option, see O/E Options Screen.
When printing this report for orders, you can specify which orders to include in the report by selecting the order type, status, and source.
You can sort the report by transaction number or customer number, and you can specify ranges of transaction numbers, customer numbers, and currency codes (if you have a multicurrency system) to include in the report.
