Overview

The Optional Fields report lists the optional fields that are set up for accounts and transaction details in General Ledger.

When to Print

Print the report to review optional fields that are set up for General Ledger.

Information Printed on This Report

For each optional field code, the following information is printed on the report:

• Description
• Default value
• Whether the optional field is required
• Whether the optional field is set for automatic insertion in new accounts
