A/P Optional Fields Report

Overview

The Optional Fields report lists the optional fields you have defined for Accounts Payable.

When to Print

Print the report when you add, change, or delete optional fields.

Information Printed on This Report

For each type of optional field, the report shows the following information:

• Code
• Description
• Default value
• Whether the optional field is set for automatic insertion in new records
