When to Print

Print 1099 and CPRS Codes reports whenever you update 1099/CPRS codes to verify that they are correct and complete. Then file the report.

Information Printed on This Report

The report lists the 1099/CPRS codes in your Accounts Payable system. For each 1099/CPRS code, the report includes the following information:

• Code
• Description
• Minimum amount to report
• Dates that the code was last edited and/or made inactive
• Tax report type (1099 or CPRS)
• For 1099 codes, the amount type
