Using Visual Process Flows

You use a visual process flow to work through the steps of a complex task or process.

To use a visual process flow:

1. On the desktop, open Visual Process Flows.
2. Click a process flow.

   The process flow appears.

3. Click items in the process flow to:
   • Perform tasks that are part of the process outlined in the process flow.
   • Show and hide elements in the process flow.
