The Payroll Options Processing tab lets you:
- Enter the current federal minimum wage for use in payroll calculations.
- Indicate for how many calendar years you want to keep payroll history.
- Specify whether to display fractional start and stop times on timecards as minutes or hundredths of an hour.
- Set the number of decimal places to display in hourly rates.
- Enter the maximum number of part-time hours per year.
- A default bank or default check stock that will display automatically on the Payroll Checks window
- Use the original check date when reversing paychecks.
- Choose whether or not to print employees’ on paychecks.
Note: SSN numbers printed on checks are masked, so only the last part of the number appears (for example,
- Choose whether or not to use Employee Level Security to restrict the access of users to a particular group of employees.
You would usually change these options only after Year-End.
