Looking Up Transaction History in Inventory Control
You can use the I/C Transaction History Inquiry screen to look up transactions created in Sage 300 Purchase Orders, Order Entry, or Inventory Control.
To look up Purchase Orders transactions in Inventory Control:

Inventory Control I/CStatistics and Inquiries > Transaction History Inquiry.
- To change the fiscal year and period, select a new one from the drop-down list beside the As At Year/Period field.
- Enter the beginning and ending item numbers, or select them using the Finders.
- Enter the beginning and ending account set numbers, or select them using the Finders.
- Enter the beginning and ending location numbers, or select them using the Finders.
- When you are satisfied with your inquiry criteria, click the Go
button.
- A list of items matching your criteria is displayed. To view a list of recent transactions involving an item, select the item from the list, and then click the Details button.
- The list includes the document number and other information about the transaction.

To drill down to the original document, highlight a transaction, and then click the Details button.
Sage 300 displays the original transaction unless it has been cleared from the database.
