O/E Ship-To Address Screen

  1. Open  Order Entry > O/E Transactions.
  2. Select a transaction entry screen, such as Order Entry.
  3. Beside the Ship-To Location field, click the Zoom Zoom button button.

Enter the street address for the shipping location.

Enter the name of the city for the shipping address.

Enter a name for the contact person, position, or department.

Enter an e-mail address for the contact person, position, or department.

Enter a fax number for the contact person, position, or department.

Enter a telephone number for the contact person, position, or department.

Enter the name of the country for the shipping address.

Displays the customer number you entered in the Customer No. field on the transaction entry screen. The name associated with the customer appears in the description field to the right.

Enter an e-mail address for the shipping location.

Enter a fax number for the shipping location.

Enter a telephone number for the shipping location.

If you selected a ship-to location code, it appears in this field. You cannot change the ship-to location code on this screen.

Enter a name to include as part of the shipping address.

Enter the name of the state or province for the shipping address.

Enter the zip or postal code for the shipping location.

Overview

Use the O/E Ship-To Address screen to:

  • Review or edit shipping information for a customer.
  • Enter shipping information for a new customer number you have specified on an order but have not yet added to Accounts Receivable.
